Temporal Perception is a series of photographic diptychs that explore the fleeting nature of visual memory. Each work begins with a seascape—quiet, open, and expansive—paired with a second panel composed of color fields sampled directly from the original photograph.
At first glance, the diptychs appear as a single unified composition, where colors and geometric lines form a cohesive whole. This visual cohesion reflects the way moments in time often blur together—what we see, what we remember, and what we feel merging into one.
By reducing the image to its essential tones, I invite the viewer to slow down and consider not just what is seen, but what is sensed. These works aim to hold space for presence, memory, and emotional resonance.
